Valuation and Price

Do I have to pay for a quote?

Not at all. You are also under no obligation whatsoever to sell through us after you get a quote. If you’re happy with the quote, you could fix an appointment to take the process forward.

What are the details I need to share for an online valuation?

For an instant online valuation, all you need to provide are your vehicle’s registration number and the post code from where the vehicle needs to be picked up. We will compare prices across our professional network of buyers and find the best price for you.

How do you generate a quote?

Based on the details you provide about your vehicle, we do a database search of all our registered buyers. We compare buyers based on price and location and generate a quote for you.

I’ve received a better quote from another buyer.

Please note that there are no hidden costs or collection charges when you transact with us. Other buyers might offer you a generous quote, but charge you more at the time of collection.

 

Please let us know what you’ve been offered. We will try to find a buyer who can match that quote!

Is the rate mentioned through online valuation final?

While we provide an initial quote through online valuation, we need to see your car and perform an onsite inspection to give you a final price for your car.

I did an online valuation with you three months back. Is it still valid?

Vehicle prices change on a daily basis. We guarantee our price for seven days.

Are your prices guaranteed?

This is subject to inspection. If you have accurately described your vehicle at the quotation stage, the price may not change after inspection. In situations where the initial description is different from what we see during inspection, the price could change. The price quoted after inspection is guaranteed for a period of seven days.

Will you add any costs at the time of collection?

Absolutely not. There are no hidden costs, no collection fees.

Collection and Payment

How do I book an appointment?

All you need to do is complete the ‘ GET A FREE QUOTE’ form and one of the team will call you to

arrange a suitable date and time. 

How do I reschedule my appointment?

Contact the team member that your appointment was booked with and they will be able to reschedule collection for you. please ensure you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

 

Will I be charged for home pickup of my vehicle?

Not at all, provided you share all the required details and condition of  your vehicle.

However, if we discover during the visit that your vehicle does not start and you haven’t already made us aware of this for example, then our collection agent will re-calculate the quote to reflect.

When will I receive my payment?

Payment is quick and will be made directly to your bank account once paperwork has been completed and vehicle handed over.

Can I drop off my vehicle instead of a collection agent coming over?

Sure! All you need to do is let our team member know when they call you to arrange the appointment. 

What do I need to keep ready for collection?

The vehicle key, V5C registration document and related paperwork. If your vehicle has alloys, you also need to keep the locking wheel nut key ready.

What If I don’t have the V5C registration document?

Ideally we will need the V5C registration document and to obtain a new copy please visit;

All you need to do is prove that you are the legal owner of your vehicle, any related document will help and we will require you to complete a form in the absence of a V5c.

Will you update DVLA about the change in vehicle ownership? Or should I do it?

We will do it for you. We remove all the hassle related to paperwork and ensure the DVLA are updated as soon as possible.
